Rates & Fees

I provide 50 minute and 80 minute appointments, either virtual or in-person. 

Please note that Centerlight Family Therapy is part of the Mindfire Therapy Collective, and bills under Mindfire, LLC.

Standard Appointments

My rates are the same regardless of the type of therapy. I provide standard 50 minute appointments for individual, couple, or family therapy.

50 Minutes at $150

Extended Appointments

Typical appointments go by so fast! For those who prefer a little extra time to work on things, I offer longer 80 minute appointments that allow you to go deeper.

80 minutes at $195

Court & Consult Fees

I prefer to stay out of your legal business as it is damaging to the therapeutic relationship. If occasion arises, I charge an hourly rate of $350 for court-related activities.

Payment Types

I accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is due at the time of service.

Insurance

I do not currently accept insurance. However, I can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that many health insurance providers only reimburse a portion of therapy fees, and may not reimburse for some types of therapy, such as couples therapy. Check with your insurance to learn more about their mental health coverage.

Tax Deductions

Medical expenses, including out-of-pocket costs for therapy, can sometimes be deducted on your taxes. I encourage you to speak with an accountant to determine whether you are eligible for these deductions.
